The Aeroprakt A-22 Foxbat is a Ukrainian-designed two-seat, high-wing, tricycle landing gear ultralight aircraft created by Yuri Yakovlev and manufactured by Aeroprakt. In the United States, the A-22 is recognized
as the Valor, while in the UK and Australia, it is referred to as the Foxbat.
Additionally, it has been marketed under the name Vision. The Aeroprakt A-22 is available either as a factory-built “ready-to-fly” aircraft or as a kit
comprising 152 components, which can be assembled in approximately 500 man-hours.

The A-22 is constructed primarily from metal, incorporating composite materials for the engine cowling, wing fillets, and wheel spats. Its wing upper surfaces are aluminum-covered, while the lower surfaces are fabric-covered. All control surfaces are covered with fabric on both top and bottom, enhancing visibility through the ample glazing, which includes convex doors for direct viewing below. Featuring a 3-axis control system, the A-22 provides the pilot with full control of the aircraft. Instead of ailerons and flaps, flaperons are used, resulting in a stall speed of approximately 28 knots when fully deployed. Dual controls are integrated through a central control system stick with trim and PTT
